This is open to all staff and students of Winslow High School and Winslow Middle School. Come to the sweet sanctuary of the Winslow High Library and join with other staff and students as we cultivate our yoga and meditation practices. This hour together will help move each of us more easily through our busy and sometimes stressful days as students and teachers.
